Things I've seen that made me look twice .. or wonder, what the hell ...

I met Lily when she was still in high school and I told someone then that I wanted to talk to her after she'd been out of school about ten years because I was convinced she was going to do intriguing things. Lily beat my estimate by about eight years. At 21, she's already had more fascinating experiences than most people do in a lifetime - and is heading to Cairo in August to attend school. She is one of those very rare people who is comfortable with herself, funny, bright and interesting.
